The HUT's are intended for mounting on the DIN rail. The device can be flexibly wired and used worldwide. 8 x 16A = ~30kW (230VAC). 

The version LV is for low voltages: 8-30V ~ / 10-40V-,
the version HV for mains voltages: 100-240V ~ 50-60Hz thought.
